Wildflower Festival

Today we went to the Wildflower Festival at the Cochran's Crossing Village Centre here in The Woodlands. It was great fun, Abi had a ball and we picked up lots of seeds for our garden. The bit that amazed me was it was all free!!

Letter Box for School

On Thursday Abigail brought home a box from school that she had to fill with objects beginning with the letter P and take it back to school the following day.. She was very proud that she had this job to do and worked very hard at finding things!

Abigail has been enjoying preschool this fall and now that she has learnt to read she is keen to work at home on other things such as maths, addition and subtraction, counting coins and telling the time. Here are some photos of her working on a maths workbook with Daddy.

Cactus Flower

We have been here for over a year and a half now and this is the first time that the 2 cactus's in our front yard have flowered!  They were really pretty flowers - just like bells as Abi said!!!
